These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the aimoneyengine.pro website and enrolment in training programmes offered by AI Money Engine (BN 827890123RC0001), located at Bay Street, Toronto, ON. By accessing our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms.
AI Money Engine provides vocational training in AI-assisted income skills through cohort programmes, workshops, and supplementary services. We deliver educational content and facilitator feedback; we do not act as an employment agency, financial advisor, or legal counsel. Course descriptions on our website constitute the basis of the service agreement.
Participants must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of entering a binding contract under Ontario law. Corporate enrolments must be authorised by an individual with signing authority for the organisation.
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or execution of an approved payment plan. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. HST applies to Ontario-based participants. Invoices are issued electronically. Failure to complete payment plan instalments may result in suspension of access to programme materials.
Cancellation more than seven days before cohort start: full refund minus $150 CAD administration fee. Cancellation within seven days of start: fifty percent refund. Withdrawal after cohort start: no refund except in documented medical or extraordinary circumstances at our discretion. Corporate contracts follow terms specified in the signed agreement.
Participants must treat facilitators and peers with respect, adhere to cohort communication guidelines, and refrain from sharing login credentials or proprietary curriculum materials outside the programme. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
Curriculum materials, templates, and facilitator content remain the property of AI Money Engine. Enrolled participants receive a limited licence to use materials for personal professional practice. Redistribution, resale, or public publication of curriculum content is prohibited without written permission.
Participants retain ownership of work they create during the programme, including capstone projects and personal prompt libraries.
Training is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific income outcomes, client acquisition, or employment. AI tools and platforms referenced in curriculum may change; we update materials periodically but cannot guarantee compatibility with every future tool version.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, AI Money Engine's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or programme participation shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific programme giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify AI Money Engine against claims arising from your misuse of AI tools, violation of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms in connection with work performed after programme completion.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to collection and use of information necessary for programme delivery.
You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise website security. Content on aimoneyengine.pro is protected by copyright. Limited personal viewing and printing for enrolment decisions is permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms with notice on this page. Continued use of the website or participation after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email.
